• Apply oil or serum to the cleansed face. Never work on dry skin. • Apply gentle pressure, do not pull on the skin. Always work from the center of the face outwards. • Run the longer, inward-curved side of the stone along the jawline and sweep down to the neck. • Now follow the contours of the cheeks, stroke from the nose to the ears. • Drive the 'pointed' end along the eye socket (under the eyes), up to the temple. • Stroke the 'wavy' top along the forehead several times, first horizontally, then from the center of the eyebrows. up to the hairline. • Frown lines between the eyebrows can be worked on with a little more pressure with the 'pointed' end, imagine using an eraser on it. • Then clean the Gua Sha tool with plenty of warm water and dry.
